Kim Keller is an experienced city administrator currently serving as the City Manager for the City of St. Louis Park since August 2021. Previously, Kim held various leadership roles within the City of Minneapolis from March 2012 to August 2021, including Director of Regulatory Services, Operations and Engagement Director, and Operations Director. With nearly 190 team members and oversight of a $24 million budget, Kim has demonstrated strong leadership in managing city operations, promoting equity and renter accountability, and enhancing community relations. Kim's contributions include developing cultural agility plans, implementing implicit bias training, and spearheading significant policy initiatives such as the short-term rental ordinance. Kim holds a Master's degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metro State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University.
