Melanie Davis

Melanie Davis, APR, currently serves as the Community Relations Director for the City of Sterling Heights since July 2019. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of President & CEO at the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce from May 2016 to July 2019, and served as Executive Director of the Adcraft Club of Detroit from August 2010 to April 2016, where responsibility included overseeing operations and enhancing the club's legacy. Melanie's experience also includes roles as Director of Operations & Marketing at the Law Offices of D. Kevin Davis, PLC and President of the Macomb County Chamber from December 2005 to February 2009. Earlier in Melanie's career, a position as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the Detroit Regional Chamber highlighted expertise in strategic marketing and member relations. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University, complemented by leadership training from various esteemed programs.
