Karen Murphy

Karen Murphy is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant for the City of Tahlequah since August 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Director of Customer Relations and Marketing at High Caliper Growing, Inc. from November 2008 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing social media, developing content, and collaborating on marketing strategies for the Smart Pot product. Karen's career began at Saltgrass Steak House, where rapid advancement led to the role of Head Trainer from May 2003 to June 2008, following a successful progression from part-time hostess to head server trainer and bartender. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Oklahoma City University.
