Theodore Staton

Theodore Staton is an experienced city manager with a career spanning several decades in municipal leadership. Currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Upper Arlington since October 2011, Theodore Staton previously held the same position in East Lansing, Michigan from April 1995 to October 2011. Before that, Theodore Staton served as the assistant city manager for the City of Dayton from 1979 to 1995. Education credentials include studies at Wright State University from 1974 to 1980 and further education at Harvard Kennedy School.
