Sheila Dodd

Sheila Dodd has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 with the City of Champaign as a Grant Compliance Coordinator. Sheila then went on to work as the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they joined the City of Urbana, Illinois, initially as a Manager and later as the Interim Community Development Services Department Director from September 2021 onwards.

Sheila Dodd received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from Eastern Illinois University in 2006. After a gap in their education, they pursued further studies in the Nonprofit field by joining the ACCES Leadership Program at North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2014.
