Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris, APR, is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and multimedia project management. Currently serving as a Strategic Planning and Communications Advisor for the City of Victoria since July 2007, Michelle has previously held roles such as Communications Coordinator at both the Capital Regional District and the City of Victoria. Early career highlights include project management of educational films and science CDs for various international clients as a Multimedia Project Manager at Kaleidoscope Communications and Clock Tower Images. Michelle's educational background includes a diploma in Broadcast Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and various certifications in public relations and crisis communication.
