Jackie McCloud

Jackie McCloud has had extensive experience in environmental sustainability, water quality, and community education. They have held various roles at the City of Watsonville, including Environmental Sustainability Division Manager and Environmental Projects Manager. They have also worked as a Water Quality Chemist and taught water education courses at Gavilan College. In addition, Jackie has served in leadership roles at the California Water Environment Association and volunteered for various local sections. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz and ongoing studies in Security Studies at the Naval Postgraduate School.
