Dr. Marquoise V.

Dr. Marquoise V. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dr. Marquoise started in 2006 as the Talent Acquisition/Employee Relations Coordinator [HR Consultant] at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where they advised managers on HR fundamentals and best practices and managed the full-cycle talent acquisition process. In 2014, they joined Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota as a Human Resources Consultant, where they analyzed HR and business-related problems and developed strategic solutions. Dr. Marquoise then moved to Hennepin County Medical Center in 2015 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, serving as a consultant on employee development, training, recruitment and selection, compensation, and policy interpretation. In 2017, they became a Senior HR Strategic Business Partner at Versiti Inc., providing guidance to executives on restructures, change initiatives, and succession planning. Currently, since February 2019, they are the Human Resources Director at the City of Waukesha, where they manage a comprehensive range of personnel services and leads a high-quality HR team. Dr. Marquoise V. completed a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Capella University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2003.
