Marissa Nowling

Marissa Nowling, CSP, currently serves as Alderperson for District 2 in the City of West Allis and as EHS Manager at Regal Rexnord. Previously, Marissa held the position of Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Briggs & Stratton and served in various roles at Rexnord, including Senior Engineer for Environmental, Health & Safety. Marissa's extensive experience includes overseeing environmental health and safety operations across multiple facilities, leading incident investigations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety training programs. Marissa began a career in safety management as a Health and Safety Representative at ArcelorMittal and gained foundational experience as a safety intern at Blount and Associated Electric Cooperative. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri.
