Stephen Hotchkiss

Stephen Hotchkiss serves as the Zoning Enforcement Officer and Inland Wetlands official for the City of West Haven since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Ansaldo Appraisal Services from October 2016 to December 2020. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Central Connecticut State University.
