Nicole Trifone

Nicole Trifone is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Director and Public Information Officer for the City of Williamsburg, Virginia, since July 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Writer/Editor for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation from May 2016 to July 2020. Nicole has also held positions including Managing Editor at Williamsburg Yorktown Daily, Local Editor for Oakton at Patch.com, Copy Editor/Layout Designer at The Gazette, and Copy Editor at The News Leader. Nicole began a career as an Assistant in the Syracuse University Education Department while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Newspaper Journalism and History at Syracuse University from 2002 to 2006.
