Dan Hoffman

Dan Hoffman currently serves as City Manager for the City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government, overseeing nearly 600 employees across multiple departments and programs since September 2020. Previously, Hoffman held the position of Assistant City Manager in the City of Gainesville from July 2017 to September 2020 and was the first Chief Innovation Officer for Montgomery County, Maryland from October 2012 to June 2017, contributing to the executive team of a large organization. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, Project Manager at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Senior Associate at PwC, Program Manager at the District of Columbia's Child and Family Services Agency, and Communications and Marketing Director at Bread for the City. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from The George Washington University.
