Ken Hiatt

Ken Hiatt currently serves as City Manager for the City of Woodland, a role held since May 2013, with previous responsibilities including Assistant City Manager and Director of Community & Economic Development. In these positions, Ken Hiatt has focused on land use planning, building, engineering functions, and the adoption and implementation of the City's 2035 General Plan. Additionally, Ken Hiatt has served as Interim City Manager since March 2020. Prior experience includes Community Development Director for the City of Davis from 2010 to 2013, overseeing the Planning, Building, and Economic Development Divisions while supporting key City Council initiatives. Ken Hiatt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of California, Davis, from 1990 to 1994.
