Scott Stowers

Scott Stowers serves as the Field Operations Lieutenant at the City of Wylie Police Department since April 2018, where responsibilities include supervision and management of the Field Operations/Patrol Division. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Support Services Lieutenant from April 2017 to April 2018, overseeing School Resource Officers, the Municipal Court Bailiff/Warrant Unit, and the Police Records Division. Scott has been with the City of Wylie, Texas since June 1994, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to public service. Educationally, Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University between 2014 and 2016.
