Kirk L. Moore

Kirk L. Moore currently serves as the Chief of Police for the City of Ypsilanti, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kirk L. Moore was a Police Captain for the City of Henderson from August 1999 until April 2023. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from National University, obtained in October 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from National University, completed in December 2019. Additional education includes attendance at Tennessee State University and participation in the Senior Management Institute for Police #83.
