Spencer Morrison

Spencer Morrison is the Financial Director at City of Yuba City, overseeing the Finance and Information Technology divisions, as well as serving as the City Treasurer. With a background in accounting and finance, Spencer has years of experience managing accounting staff, handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget preparation. Prior to working at City of Yuba City, Spencer served as the Treasurer at Sutter Buttes Regional Land Trust and Assistant Controller at Doubletree Hotel Sacramento. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from California State University-Sacramento.
