Chris Mann

Chris Mann serves as the City Manager for the City of Yucaipa, leading a municipality with 55,000 residents and overseeing a workforce of over 180 employees along with a budget exceeding $130 million. Previously, Chris held the City Manager position in Canyon Lake, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day municipal functions under a council-manager governance structure. Chris also served as Director and President of the Yucaipa Valley Water District, where responsibilities included representing residents and overseeing water management. Other notable roles include Principal at Mann Communications, Deputy Chief of Staff for San Bernardino County, and various positions in public relations and real estate development. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Lutheran University and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University.
