Peter N. Principe is an experienced REALTOR with over two decades in the real estate industry. Since November 2012, Peter has been with Keller Williams Capital Properties, providing clients with guidance in navigating the real estate market. Prior to this, from January 2000 to October 2012, Peter worked at RE/MAX Allegiance, where responsibilities included pre-purchase counseling, neighborhood assessment, negotiation of offers to contracts, staging, market analysis, property marketing, and serving as a post-settlement advisor.
