Amy Pantlin

Amy Pantlin has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and People Operations. Amy is currently the Head of People Operations at Opago, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People at City Relay from October 2020. Before that, Amy served as an HR Consultant at Leufroy starting from May 2021. From April 2020 to October 2020, they held the role of Head of People and Projects at Chesamel Group, and from May 2018 to April 2020, they were the People and Culture Lead at the same company. Amy also worked at Google as a Workforce and Project Delivery Consulting Partner from May 2018 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR/Talent Acquisition Partner at PatSnap from January 2017 to May 2018 and as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist and Coordinator at Equinix from October 2015 to December 2016.

Amy Pantlin completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2008 to 2011. In 2022, they pursued the Small Business Charter at Birkbeck, University of London, focusing on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Additionally, in 2018, they completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga London. In 2017 to 2018, they obtained a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification, specifically the Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management. Finally, from 2002 to 2008, they studied at Parkstone Grammar School and completed their A Levels in Politics, English Literature, Theatre Studies, and French.
