Lauren Ammons currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at City Teaching Alliance, where responsibilities include securing a substantial RFP from the Dallas Independent School District for Teacher Residency Programs and developing strategic site partnerships. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Research and Evaluation at Dallas Afterschool, focusing on evaluation design and data management to support program advocacy. Additional experience includes roles as Research and Evaluation Manager at Citizen Schools and various teaching and curriculum development positions within the Garland Independent School District, showcasing a strong background in education and program development. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
