Lyn Rumage

Marilyn Rumage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and communications, currently serving as the Managing Director of Development at City Teaching Alliance since January 2023. Prior to this role, Marilyn held various positions, including Senior Director of Development and Regional Director of Development at the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families from April 2018 to January 2023. Marilyn's background includes business development management at Heartland Hospice, as well as leadership roles at Mercy Care and Children's Aid and Family Services. Marilyn's career began at RB, where skills in communications and public relations were honed. Marilyn holds Bachelor's degrees in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, as well as in Journalism from Michigan State University.
