Comprising senior executives across various functions such as finance, operations, recruitment, development, and program delivery, this team ensures the effective management and growth of the Alliance. They develop partnerships, oversee financial health, drive operational excellence, and spearhead recruitment and admissions efforts, all aimed at fulfilling the mission of training highly effective, equitable educators for urban schools.
