Megan Rottmann

Vice President Of Teacher Experience at City Teaching Alliance

Megan Rottmann is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Teacher Experience at City Teaching Alliance since June 2015. In this role, Megan oversees program requirements and participant accountability across four regions, focusing on enhancing teacher satisfaction and retention. Previously, Megan held several positions within the organization, including Director of Participant Affairs and Assistant Director of Academics, as well as supporting the Chief Academic Officer as a Program Associate. Before joining City Teaching Alliance, Megan taught Spanish at Baltimore City Public Schools and was a Corps Member with Teach for America. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
