Sascha Owen

Sascha Owen is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy, policy implementation, and government relations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice Chancellor for Strategy and Policy Implementation at The City University of New York, Sascha has held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Policy and External Affairs at Pursuit and Senior Manager of Government Relations for DoorDash in New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at the NYC Office of the Comptroller and Senior Advisor during the Stringer for Mayor campaign. Sascha Owen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College.
