Roberto Arismendi

Roberto Arismendi is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in swimming coaching and administration. Currently serving as a Junior Development Coach at City Venue Management since November 2020, Roberto plans and executes workouts for junior swimmers while providing support to the Head and Assistant Coaches. Previous roles include coaching positions at Rackley Swimming and as a Mini Squad Coach, focusing on technical improvement and fitness for varying skill levels. Roberto has also worked as a Swimming Instructor and Teacher, teaching water safety and swimming skills to various age groups. Before entering the coaching field, Roberto gained administrative experience in customer service and economic research roles across several organizations. Roberto's educational background includes advanced qualifications in Project Management and a Master's degree in Social Protection.
