Karen van der Horst

Karen van der Horst has over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, currently serving as the Manager for Northern Europe at Tourism Ireland since August 2007, where responsibilities include marketing the island of Ireland as a holiday destination. Additionally, Karen is a Board member of ANTOR Netherlands, contributing to the promotion of outbound tourism from The Netherlands. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator at Amsterdam Tourism & Convention Board and Area Manager for EF Cultural Tours & Go Ahead Vacations, as well as EF Education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Museum Communication from Reinwardt Academie and NIMA B certification in 2004.
