Allison Felder

Allison Felder has extensive experience in program management and educational partnerships, particularly at City Year since September 2007. Currently serving as Managing Director of Program and Service, Allison has held various leadership roles, including Whole School Whole Child Director and Service and Educational Partnerships Director. Responsibilities have included maintaining relationships with key DC Public School stakeholders, overseeing corps member training, and supporting the implementation of service interventions. Previous roles include Program Manager and Corps Member, where Allison managed corps members, coached successful interventions, and engaged community volunteers. Prior experience includes directing outdoor education programs at YMCA Camp Wapsie and serving as a Peer Advisor at the University of Missouri. Allison holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has international education experience from Universitat d'Alacant.
