Caitlin Smith is a dedicated medical student at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, with a diverse background in healthcare and education. Experience includes roles as an Americorps Member with City Year and extensive volunteer work at Emory Clinic, where patient interaction and clinical practice in the ambulatory surgery department were key responsibilities. Caitlin also served as a Teacher's Assistant for Foundations of Modern Biology at Emory University, guiding students in small groups and supporting faculty. Additional commitments include peer mentoring in the Pre-Health Mentoring Office and engagement as Hospital Relations Chair for Emory Miracle, organizing fundraising events for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
