Jeanette Capel

Jeanette Capel is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Managing Director at City Year since September 2019, following roles as Director and Senior Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes consulting and serving as Program Director at College Track from July 2016 to August 2019, and acting as an Advisor at the Denver Scholarship Foundation from July 2013 to June 2016. Jeanette began the career as a Program Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at the Pioneer Leadership Program at the University of Denver from September 2008 to July 2013, and briefly served as an Apprentice Teacher at Denver Public Schools from August 2011 to May 2012. Jeanette holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from The Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Denver.
