Julius Rainey

Julius Rainey, Jr., MPPA, PMP, DASM, currently serves as an Information Technology Project Manager at City Year, a position held since April 2022. With an extensive background in information technology and project management, Julius has been the business owner of JURU, LLC since January 2006, a digital agency that enhances brand impact and sales through web design and digital marketing. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Director of Information Technology at Parents for Public Schools, Inc., and various consulting and managerial positions. Julius holds a Master of Public Policy & Administration from Jackson State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tougaloo College.
