Khanh-Anh le

Khanh-Anh Le, EdM, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Director of People Experience at City Year, a position held since January 2020 following prior roles including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Before joining City Year, Khanh-Anh held various leadership and administrative roles at Harvard University from July 2013 to June 2019, including Resident Fellow in the Harvard Administrative Fellowship Program and Assistant Director for the Office of Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, Trans, and Queer (BGLTQ) Student Life. In addition, Khanh-Anh has experience as a Teaching Fellow in Critical Race Theory and worked in doctoral program administration. Educationally, Khanh-Anh earned a Master of Education (Ed.M.) from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
