Nicole Yongue

Nicole Yongue has a diverse range of work experience at City Year. Nicole started at the company in 2006 as a Program Manager and later became a Director of Civic Leadership Programs. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Director of School and Community Partnerships, responsible for leading Program Managers and implementing the Whole School Whole Child service model. From 2012 to 2016, Nicole was the Diplomas Now Director, overseeing the implementation of the Diploma's Now School Reform model in three Boston Public Schools. Lastly, they held the position of Senior Director Service Delivery from 2016 to 2018, managing a department and collaborating with Principals to overcome barriers and ensure successful implementation of the Whole School Whole Child Model. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Managing Director of Service Delivery.

Nicole Yongue obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Florida Southern College, where they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Evangel University. Recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Harvard Extension School from 2016 to 2018.
