Sati Kaur has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Sati has worked as an HR Change Delivery Lead at CityFibre, where they managed a restructuring program and handled various aspects of implementation. Sati also served as a Reward Business Partner at the same company, where they focused on designing and delivering the reward agenda and providing guidance on reward matters.

Sati Kaur completed a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Coventry University between 2001 and 2004. Later, they pursued a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Wolverhampton from 2005 to 2007. In 2019, they enrolled at ICS Learn and obtained a degree in Human Resource Management (Chartered Membership). Sati Kaur also obtained additional certifications including CIPD Advanced-Level 7 in 2006, Mediation from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in 2019, and Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2021.
