Raul P.

Raul P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Raul began their career in 2013 as an English Language Teacher at Shenzhen Science High School. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Field Service Professional at Vivint Internet, where they installed and troubleshooted residential wireless internet service.

In 2016, Raul joined Vivint Internet again, this time as a Network Operations Center Technician. In this role, they monitored and supported daily network operations for thousands of customers across multiple states. Raul also troubleshooted various network infrastructure components and performed advanced troubleshooting and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Network Maintenance Technician III at Vivint Internet, where they troubleshooted and resolved network issues, upgraded aggregation sites, and created documentation for newly-deployed hardware.

In 2021, Raul joined Utah Broadband as a Wireless Network Engineer. Raul later became the Lead NOC Engineer, responsible for establishing and leading a Network Operations Center team. Raul'sprimary responsibilities included streamlining NOC-centric processes and workflows, as well as building a knowledge repository for increased efficiency.

Currently, Raul is employed at Cityside Fiber as a Network Operations Center Manager, a role they started in May 2023. No end date has been provided for this position.

Raul P. attended Utah State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Constitutional Studies.
