Kerrie Grant

Kerrie Grant is currently serving as the Partner Manager at CitySwift since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Passenger from November 2021 to September 2024, and managing the University of Southampton bus contract as the Uni Link Manager/Assistant Operations Manager at Go South Coast Ltd from November 2017 to November 2021. Previously, Kerrie held the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Salisbury Reds from May 2016 to November 2017, focusing on staff recruitment, management, and accident reduction. Kerrie has also served as an Interim Staff Manager and as a Graduate Bus Operations Management Trainee at First Group between September 2013 and May 2016, with practical training at the Bannockburn depot. Early career experience includes work as a Receptionist and Sales Assistant at Glen Nevis Holidays from May 2010 to August 2013. Kerrie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Stirling, completed in 2013.
