Andrea Alvarez

Andrea Alvarez has worked in Human Resources for over 6 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Human Resources at Civey. Prior to this, they worked at Jobandtalent from 2018-2021, where they served as Interim HR Lead and Human Resources. From 2017-2018, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH). Her first role was as a Recruitment Consultant at ASAP Venezuela from 2015-2017.

Andrea Alvarez completed their Abitur & Baccalauréat at Wentzinger Gymnasium from 2006 to 2011. Andrea then went on to receive their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 2017. Most recently, they obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Küchnel Escuela de Negocios in 2018.
