Ruby Scupp is an ambitious student at the University of Pittsburgh, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Politics-Philosophy and Psychology. Currently serving as an intern in the Office of Councilwoman Deb Gross, Ruby also holds the title of Elsie Hillman Honors Scholar, focusing on political engagement among minoritized communities and collaborating with local community centers. Previous experience includes a fellowship with Civic Influencers, internships with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office and the Garment District Alliance, and involvement in the Maria McLaughlin campaign. Ruby's academic achievements include being salutatorian and graduating with a Scholar's Diploma, combined with a strong record of research and community engagement.
