Martin Franks

Martin Franks is currently the Group CFO at Civica. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Foundry from December 2015 to January 2022. Martin has also held the position of CFO at SHL from October 2004 to August 2015, and at TEAM LEWIS from April 2000 to October 2004. Prior to that, they were a management consultant at PwC from September 1995 to April 2000.

Martin has extensive experience in finance and accounting, and has played a key role in the success of several companies. At Foundry, they rebuilt the finance, legal and sales operations functions, and led 3 refinancing projects. Martin was also responsible for the successful exit process in April 2019 and the subsequent integration into Roper Technologies.

At Civica, Martin is responsible for all aspects of commercial performance, including pricing strategy, negotiating large customer deals, leading international sales teams, and cost management. Martin has also embedded a BI infrastructure to provide insight into drivers of ARR progression and management of opportunity pipeline.

Martin Franks attended the University of Cambridge, where they earned an MA (Hons) in French and German.
