Julián Pérez

Julián Pérez has a strong background in software engineering and has gained experience in various roles and companies over the years. In 2012, they co-founded trappt.com and served as the CTO. Julián then worked as a full-stack web developer at Upwork as a contractor. In 2013, they joined ZehnerGroup as a full-stack web developer. From 2014 to 2017, Julián worked at Mozio as a technical lead and back-end engineer, where they were responsible for integrating multiple third-party APIs, providing technical assistance to partners, and leading codebase refactors. Julián then worked at WayUp and ShipHero as a senior back-end engineer and later joined Litimetrics Inc as a lead engineer. In 2020, Julián joined Gorgias as a software engineer, where they contributed to various projects and optimized API endpoints. Most recently, they worked at Onfleet as a software engineer. Currently, Julián is working as a senior software engineer at CivicScience starting in January 2023.

From 2004 to 2009, Julián Pérez attended Universidad del Valle (CO) where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
