Terence Tan

Terence Tan is an experienced professional in aviation security and operations, currently serving as the Deputy Head and Assistant Director at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore since October 2021. With a robust background in security management, Terence previously held leadership roles at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, overseeing a global security program, and at Changi Airport Group, managing aviation security contracts and compliance. Early career experiences include security management at the National Library Board, operational roles with AETOS Security Management, and service as an Air Warfare Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Terence holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Aerospace from UNSW and completed the Professional Aviation Security Management Course at ICAO-Concordia University.
