Bryan Ng

Bryan Ng has transitioned from being an Assistant Trading Officer in the commodity trading of frozen meat at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited to a Health Inspector at the Hong Kong Government, and currently serves as a Student Air Traffic Control Officer at the Civil Aviation Department. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Professional Diploma in Waste Management and Meat and Foods Inspection from LiPACE, The Open University of Hong Kong.
