Engr.ibrahim al Bishi

Engr. Ibrahim Al Bishi is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Civil Works Company Ltd since May 2023, with extensive experience in operations and management within the water sector. Previously, as Executive Director of Operation and Maintenance at National Water Company from April 2015 to October 2023, Ibrahim led the development of strategic policies and ensured compliance with regulations while managing over 32 projects.
