Igor Tischenko

Igor Tischenko has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Igor most recently worked at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations. In this role, they modernized the sales compensation system, supervised service contract proposals, and oversaw administrative support for project-based business. Prior to that, Igor worked at Actionist Consulting as a Senior Associate and Senior Consultant, where they conducted due diligence studies, developed incentive programs, and advised on strategic planning and cost-saving initiatives. Igor also had a brief stint as an Independent Consultant at HighPoint Associates. Igor began their career as a General Affairs Intern at UNDP, where they assisted in organizing training programs and conducted research and editorial work. Igor also worked as an Outreach Advisor at KRAPAVIS, where they conceived grant proposals and compiled information on sacred groves. Additionally, they served as a Research Analyst at CDRI, analyzing decentralization initiatives and providing policy recommendations.

Igor Tischenko completed their education as follows:

- In 2007 to 2009, they attended Jakarta Intercultural School and earned a Bilingual International Baccalaureate degree in English-Russian.

- From 2009 to 2013, they studied at Claremont McKenna College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations.
