Danielle Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Danielle started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland in 2007 and later worked as a Temporary Receptionist at Bernstein Global Wealth Management and a Switchboard Operator at BMW of Cleveland thru Alliance Staffing Solutions in 2009. Danielle then took on the role of a Legal Secretary at Travelers Insurance Legal for a brief period before joining Chase as a Receptionist/Screener in 2010. Danielle quickly transitioned to a Consumer Loan Support Specialist II at JP Morgan Chase, where they demonstrated their exceptional skills and became a permanent employee through Chase's Chaseworks program. Danielle handled various responsibilities, including loan assignments, assisting the processing team, and facilitating communication among team members. In 2012, they continued their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Pre-Fund Analyst and later as a Senior Mortgage Banking Processor. In 2016, Danielle joined Chase as a Home Lending Quality Senior Specialist II, focusing on reviewing and canceling non-originated loans to ensure compliance with HMDA regulations and fair lending guidelines. Danielle also updated HMDA data for non-originated loan files and collaborated with relevant teams to ensure accurate loan reviews and cancellations. Danielle held this position until 2020 when they transitioned to Civista Bank as an HMDA Compliance Analyst. Recently, they became the Vice President/Fair Lending Officer at Civista Bank in July 2022. Danielle's most recent role before Civista Bank was at Park National Bank, where they worked as a Mortgage Loan Business Analyst. Danielle Smith began their education in 2013 at Cuyahoga Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2016, Danielle enrolled at Ashford University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Project Management until 2018. Following that, they extended their education at Ashford University for another year, completing their Bachelor's degree in Project Management in 2019.
