Carol Haynes

Carol Haynes is currently the Director of Quality at Civitas Investment Management Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Carol held various director positions at different healthcare organizations, including Director of Operations at Accedo Care Ltd, CuroCare, and Care Aspirations. Carol also has experience as a Senior Manager, Service Manager, Care Practice Training Manager, and Registered Home Manager at Challenge Care Ltd. Carol's educational background includes a degree in Clinical Supervision from Anglia Polytechnic University, a degree in Registered Nurse (RNLD) from Roding College of Healthcare Studies, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from the University of Hertfordshire. Additionally, Carol has volunteered as a Team Nurse at Aid To Romania, where she managed a mobile clinic and worked with individuals with various healthcare needs.
