Chad Hoffman

Chad Hoffman has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Chad is currently working at Civitas Senior Living as the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Integration since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Sagora Senior Living from 2016 to 2017. Chad also worked as the Regional Director of Sales and Operations at Integrated Senior Living in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, Chad served as the Regional Executive Director and Sales Specialist at Sagora Senior Living, focusing on occupancy challenged communities in Texas and Oklahoma. Before that, they were the Sales and Marketing Director at Fortress Investment Group in 2014 and the Director of Operations at Fortress; Holiday Retirement in 2013. Additionally, Chad worked as the Sales and Marketing Director at Emeritus from 2010 to 2013 and at Odyssey Healthcare from 2008 to 2010.

Chad Hoffman's education history includes attending Kilgore College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Paramedic and Firefighter. Chad then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Business Administration and Management, General at LeTourneau University from 2005 to 2008. In 2014, Chad attended The Adjuster School to obtain a Texas All Lines Insurance Adjuster certification.
