Andrei Isachanka

Andrei Isachanka has extensive experience in project management and research analysis within analytical projects at Civitta since July 2019. As a Project Manager, responsibilities include stakeholder requirement identification and shaping research hypotheses. Previously, Andrei served as a Senior Research Analyst, overseeing a team of analysts and conducting complex statistical analyses, alongside client communication and quality control of conclusions. Prior roles include Research Analyst and Junior Analyst, specializing in quantitative market and sociological research and strategic consulting. Before Civitta, Andrei worked as a Consultant in the Forensic department at KPMG, reviewing risks for over 150 companies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Belarusian State Economic University and professional courses in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from the Higher School of Economics.
