Stephen Triche

Stephen Triche has a diverse work experience in software development, with a focus on election management systems and healthcare applications. Stephen started their career as a Programmer/Game Designer at Yatec Games & Strategic Business Solutions, where they worked on projects such as Enchanted Gardens and Say -N- Play. Stephen then joined PTS Solutions as a Developer, where they developed imaging solutions and added electronic signature support to a prison management application. Stephen later worked at Integrated Business Solutions & Square Sun Studios as a Senior Developer, providing new features and maintenance for an insurance policy management app, as well as technical consulting for iOS products. Stephen then joined Firebrand Games Louisiana as a Lead Developer, where they led the development of projects using Unity game engine. Stephen also spent some time as an Independent Developer under Professional Development, expanding their programming toolkit and learning new technologies and methodologies. Prior to their current role, Stephen worked at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice as a Senior Software Developer/Analyst, where they helped develop a large-scale home health care application and introduced unit testing and TDD practices to the development teams. Currently, Stephen is working at Civix as a Lead Developer, where they are leading the development team for the geauxBIZ website and has contributed to the architecture of a comprehensive election management system.

Stephen Triche attended Louisiana State University from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained the certification of "MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" from Microsoft in April 2016.
