Tim Endruschat, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are working at Civix as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing project management activities. Prior to this, Tim worked at Celebrity Cruises, Inc., where they served as an Interim Lead, Pre-Cruise E-Commerce Marketing and spearheaded the execution of promotions and flash sales. Before that, they worked at multiplica.US as a Digital Project Manager, leading the development of monthly sales promotions. Tim also has experience at ExamSoft as a Senior Integration Engineer and Quality Assurance Specialist, where they directed the development cycle and deployment of Blackboard building blocks. Additionally, they worked at CBS Interactive/ CBSSports.com as a Production Assistant and QA Analyst, involved in mobile deployment and media content deployment. Tim started their career at Runaware, where they served as a Marketing Coordinator and QA Manager, overseeing marketing activities and ensuring product quality.

Tim Endruschat, CSM, has a diverse education history. Tim attended Palm Beach State College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied Marketing and Commercial Music Business at Florida Atlantic University. In addition to their academic achievements, Tim has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. Tim became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in January 2022. Furthermore, in December 2019, they completed the Monetate Platform Foundations certification from Monetate.
