Phil Scott

Phil Scott is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Manager - HR & Industrial Relations at Civmec since September 2024, Phil has previously held significant roles including Executive General Manager - People & Safety at Centurion, General Manager - Human Resources & Safety at CAPE, and Senior Human Resources Manager - Western Region at LINX Cargo Care Group.
